Organized in 2001, IRVAC's motto is "Art is Fundamental". Our stated missions are providing the arts to our school children and promoting the arts experience in our community. We administer Learning Through Art and are partners in the OCF Studio-to-School project. In Medio is a choral community of accomplished singers who make brave, thoughtful, and relevant music for everyone. The name of the choir, In Medio, is Latin for “in the midst.” It is a reference to the process of creating something together and honors the importance of change. The best times in life are often when we are in the middle of something—be it a long-term project, a vacation, surrounded by friends and family, or in the middle of a choir. It's the moment in which you forget the beginning and are not far enough along to see the end. In Medio celebrates the richness of our community—both singers and audiences—and remains committed to making choral music accessible, approachable, and affordable for all. We honor the spectrum of visible and invisible qualities that make each of us unique, including race, gender identity, sexuality, ability, religion, age, and place of origin and do not tolerate discrimination, bias, or harassment of any kind.

In Mulieribus (Latin for “amongst women”) is a female vocal ensemble dedicated to the promotion and enrichment of community through music with a focus on works written primarily before 1750. Founded in 2004, In Mulieribus has presented a highly acclaimed annual concert series in Portland. Performances have been broadcast on nationally syndicated radio shows such as Performance Today and Millennium of Music, and the ensemble's four CDs have garnered high praise from the Oregonian.

The Indigenous Gardens Network is a hub for Indigenous-led land projects centering on food sovereignty, land stewardship, educational opportunities and habitat restoration. The purpose of the network is to provide accessibility to land and “first foods” for tribal communities. First foods are plant and animal species that Native Americans traditionally relied upon for subsistence, medicine, and ceremonial uses. The network consists of a tribal steering committee and working groups with citizens of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. Their Indigenous knowledge and expertise of cultivation, harvesting, and stewardship inform and direct each project that the network takes on. Projects include listening sessions on barriers to land accessibility for tribal people, planning meetings, site visits, the creation of working groups, an online Acorn Camp, a First Food Stewardship planning project at Vesper Meadow, development of a Shasta/Takelma Learning Garden at SOU, and the purchase of acorn processing equipment and camas restoration tools.

We are a regional orchestra and chorale serving Northeastern Oregon and Southeastern Washington. Established in 1999, we have performed 368 concerts in 50 different communities. Our performers are all volunteers whose mission is to bring quality classic music to all communities in our area, large or small, free of charge and available to all. We operate four performance ensembles; a full symphony orchestra, a symphonic chorale, and two youth/preparatory orchestras. Director is R. Lee Friese.

Innovative Giving Enhancement “IGE” is a 501 (c)(3) educational nonprofit public charity conceived and founded by Michael Becker in 2014. IGE is governed by artists for benefit of the arts, artists, communities and societies worldwide. All IGE activities and programming are educational by design with revenue fully directed to philanthropic activities and programming. Originally envisaged in 2011 as an international communitarian salon for a select group of friends, artists and master musicians, overwhelming interest for participation from artist and fan communities encouraged reevaluation and expansion. As IGE transitioned from salon to educational nonprofit, organizational and philanthropic structures were designed to maximize benefits for Musical Ambassadors, nonprofit partners, local communities and participants. Not only do IGE Immersions provide context for international musicians, artists, and supporters to dislocate from the mundane and rediscover inspiration, but Immersions benefit local partner nonprofits and artist communities through donations, grants, artist residencies and educational programming.

We constitute ourselves a voluntary interdenominational association under the name of Inspirational Sounds for the following purposes: We strive to bring about unity among various racial and ethnic constituents of our community through performance of African-American sacred music, also known as Gospel Music. The Interactive Museum of Gaming and Puzzlery (IMOGAP) was founded in 2010. It came to life as a result of personal circumstances as well as fill a community need. IMOGAP conserves games of all types with a focus on board games, since they are not the focus for other museums. However, the collection strives to represent all aspects of gaming, including screen and electronic games, sports and informal games such as ancient and playground games, puzzles, and construction toys.

JZH. Historical Society represents the Estacada area. We also own and operate the Philip Goster Farm National Historic site at EagleCreek. Philip Foster,a pioneer who arrived in 1843 from Maine was a partner with Samuel Barlow on the Barlow Road which game through Eagle Creek. Our living history site offers a look at early Oregon History. Besides providing visitors with tours and history, we also offer hands on Pioneer Life Tours for 4th graders as well as summer monthly events.

Since its founding in 1994 by Jim Rich, the mission of the Jefferson Baroque Orchestra has been to provide the best possible historical performance of Baroque music from different periods and cultures, to the broadest possible audience. Jefferson County Historical Society was founded in the 1970s. Its mission is to preserve, interpret, and celebrate the history of Jefferson County and Central Oregon. From 1978 to 2012 the Society maintained a museum in the old County Courthouse; currently in storage, the Museum will re-open as soon as possible in a new facility, "Westside Community Center," after renovations of the former Madras High School are completed.

The high plains and long horizons of Central Oregon have inspired creative expression for centuries. First, among the Native Americans who summered in nearby canyons; today among local artists who find an uncommon range of media and source material for their work. The Art Adventure Gallery was created to capture the breadth and character of these works and bring them to residents and visitors of Central Oregon. It is a cooperative effort of the artists involved and the Madras community, staffed and managed by volunteers.

Josephine Community Library Foundation is a nonprofit foundation established in 1987, funding special library projects which build community and provide open access to information. The library foundation raises funds to support special programs beyond the reach of the library’s regular tax-funded operating budget. Our work includes: Cultivating relationships with individuals, businesses, and granting organizations. Facilitating legacy planning. Managing financial assets on behalf of donors. Providing financial support for specific library program and facility needs and goals. How we started In 1987, concerned volunteers formed Josephine County Library Foundation. Independent of the county government, this new nonprofit foundation let people donate for the direct benefit of local libraries. More than 30 years later, this important work continues. How we evolved In May 2017, voters approved the Josephine Community Library District. Now, under our new name, Josephine Community Library Foundation, and in partnership with the library district, the foundation has taken on the responsibility of raising funds for special projects the library couldn’t otherwise afford.

The Josephy Center for Arts and Culture (JCAC) is a gathering place for the arts with a mission to inspire, create and appreciate regional arts and culture. Junction City Historical Society was founded in 1972, coinciding with the centennial of the City's founding in 1872. The Dr. Norman Lee House Museum, opened in 1972 is the only building in Junction City listed on the National Register of Historic places. The Mary E. Pitney House Museum and Milliorn Cemetery properties have been since added. Our mission is to preserve and document the community's history and to communicate that history to new generations of citizens and newcomers to the area.

Our Vision: To create a local community of volunteers, participants, and audiences to entertain, to educate, and to enlighten one another. Our Founders: Linda Baker was the performing arts teacher at McNary High School here in Keizer for 15 years and was the creative force behind 40 theatrical productions. Evan Christopher is a performing arts graduate of McNary and Western Oregon University. He has directed productions in Portland, Monmouth and Keizer.

KindTree has served and celebrated people on the autism spectrum through art, recreation and community since 1997. KindTree, located in Eugene, offers support groups, promotes art exhibits, conducts skill training classes for independent living, and sponsors an annual summer weekend camp for guest with autism, their caregivers and families. A newsletter is generated several times a year to inform the community about news and events of interest to people with autism and their loved ones.

The KAA was incorporated in 1946 and has operated continuously since that time. The current Gallery was built in 1960. Members include painters and artists in, textiles, jewelry, photography, origami, glass, and three-dimensional work. Admission is always free, dues are low, and classes are low cost. Klamath Film brings the art of film to the community and economy of the Klamath Basin for culture, entertainment, and hands-on work & education, from networking local filmmakers, drawing in outside productions, and year-round programming including the annual Klamath Independent Film Festival; Oregon's only Oregon-centric, all-genre film festival.

We are a community radio station broadcasting since 1983, based in Astoria. We have close ties to the community and offer an eclectic mix of music, news and public affairs. We consider emergency services and information to be an important part of our mission and as such we have developed strategic partnerships with area first responders. Ko-Falen Cultural Center is the inspiration of Baba Wagué Diakité, a Malian artist and writer now living in Portland, Oregon. It has been his dream to share the culture of his homeland with the people of his adopted home. In Bambara, ko-falen means “gift exchange.” Ko-Falen Cultural Center seeks to promote cultural, artistic and educational exchanges between people in the U.S. and Mali. We believe that a greater understanding between people can be reached through these personal exchanges.

The La Grande Education Foundation believes money should not be a barrier to the great ideas and passions of teachers. To that end, through our primary fund--the General Excellence in Education Fund--we give grants to teachers to make special projects a reality. We also believe our coaches, advisors, participants, and players should spend more time engaged in the pursuit of excellence and less time on fundraising. To achieve this, we issue grants to support our athletic teams and school activities. In addition, the foundation sponsors several college scholarships for La Grande High School graduates. Additions to the existing scholarships or the creation of new scholarships is welcomed by the foundation.
