Beginning her role in 2026, Caroline provides executive support by coordinating leadership calendars, managing meeting logistics and ensuring effective communication across the Oregon Cultural Trust and Oregon Arts Commission to support statewide initiatives and programs for arts and culture.

Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont, and a Masters in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon. She has worked in various arts nonprofit administration and program coordination roles at institutions such as the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art at the University of Oregon in Eugene and at the East Side Arts Council in St. Paul, Minn. Caroline is also a working artist specializing in illustration, comics, bookmaking and printing. She enjoys spending her time working on her creative practice and learning new crafts, as well as exploring the outdoors, camping and biking.
