Amber Faist is an enrolled citizen of the Coquille Indian Tribe, of KoKwel, Coos, and Siuslaw descent. She serves as the Chief Programs Officer for the Northwest Native Chamber, and in this role she leads strategy and implementation across the Chamber’s technical assistance, clean energy, workforce development, and entrepreneurship initiatives, supporting Tribal nations, small businesses, and community-based organizations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Amber oversees a network of regional resource navigators, program coordinators, and contractors dedicated to strengthening economic opportunity and advancing community-centered business development. With a career grounded in economic justice and community transformation, Amber has built cross-sector partnerships with Tribes, public agencies, philanthropy, and regional institutions to expand access to capital, culturally grounded education, and long-term economic resilience.

She is recognized for her work designing innovative programs that support emerging entrepreneurs and promote sustainable, place-based economic growth. Amber also serves as Co-Chair of the Coquille Indian Tribe’s Culture, Education, and Language Services Advisory Committee, where she helps steward cultural programming, language revitalization efforts, and community-driven educational initiatives.

A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, Amber currently lives in Tualatin, Oregon with her husband and two daughters. She is committed to strengthening Oregon’s cultural and economic landscape through collaborative leadership, strategic investment, and a deep belief in the power of community.
