Portland Chamber Music works to make music accessible to all people through performance and instruction. PCM believes all people deserve access to quality musical experiences regardless of their ability to attend cultural events due to cost, awareness and/or transportation issues. We devote 100% of our time to community outreach, bringing free classical music performances to underserved communities in Portland.
