Cultural Priorities:

  • Build economic development by fully integrating arts, culture, and heritage into county and community development and redevelopment efforts
  • Provide financial support for cultural activities for families and youth.
  • Increase awareness and respect of our history.
  • Improve building preservation.
  • Build cultural bridges through partnerships with other cultural commissions to enhance heritage programs, expand outreach and accessibility and to develop showcase opportunities that encourage cultural expressions.
