Fort Rock Homestead Museum

Founded by descendants of Homesteaders from the early 1900s, the Homestead Museum greets visitors during the warm four months of summer. The founders wrote Portraits:Fort Rock Valley Homestead Years, then began bringing abandoned homestead buildings to a site in Fort Rock. Buildings were restored; visitors will see homestead era buildings and their contents. We have a church, school, blacksmith’s shop, general store, and others, plus a real homestead garden, including rhubarb 100 years old.
