Children’s Theatre Foundation (CTF) has supported theatre education in the mid Willamette valley since its inception in 1981. Our mission: Empowering children by granting funds to schools and organizations for programs that educate children through participation in Theatre Arts. CTF’s main project is the Ulmer-Collins Theatre Enrichment Event , a day long workshop for both Acting and Technical Theatre students from the six Salem-Keizer High Schools.
