The Lake Oswego Preservation Society’s mission is: To support Lake Oswego’s historic fabric through advocacy and education. We testify on behalf of threatened Landmarks and have taken our efforts to save the 1855 Carman House to the Oregon Supreme Court. We offer walking tours, local history talks, and our biggest fundraiser is the annual Classic Houses & History Boat Tour on Oswego Lake. We are a membership organization and we also sell unique Lake Oswego history-related gift items.
