All are welcome to attend. The Proclamation is an excellent opportunity to stand up for the arts, heritage, and humanities in Oregon. Simply show up at the event wearing your red “This Is Culture” sticker. Or better yet, help shout it from the rooftops by inviting your friends and colleagues from across Canby and Clackamas County to bear witness to the events.
